Jr Mint sired his second winner last night at Shepparton the very impressive 3yo Royal Sniper for Ian & Cindy Dornauf and breeders the Crane family from Victoria.

Tiz A Masterpiece's full brother Big Bad John emulated Tiz by winning the Oliver Wendell Holmes Pace on Saturday 6th August, 2011.
Even money favorite Big Bad John left his opposition to it when easily winning the second division of the $102,750 Oliver Wendell Holmes Pace for harness racing 3-year-old colts and geldings at the Meadowlands today (Saturday August 6). His time of 1:49 was a career best and equalled Tiz A Masterpiece's best time when he won the same race in 2008.

Lombo Navigator aimed at feature events
Several harness racing feature events in the spring are on the agenda for rising star Lombo Navigator after the four-year-old gave a superb staying performance to score a narrow victory in the $35,000 DBC Tender Ridge Beef August Cup at Gloucester Park on Friday night. Big Park own his dam, Lombo Anastasia and granddam, Minerva Reef.

Lombo Navigator, the youngest runner in the Snax Catering Stakes at Gloucester Park on Friday night, stamped himself as a leading candidate for rich feature events at the coming summer carnival, including the interdominion championship next March, when he scored an impressive victory over evergreen star Has The Answers.
